And if you can't watch it, just Google the words "Romanian orphnages."

You can't fix a lack of empathy.

I don’t even think you’d necessarily need empathy to look at the Romanian Orphanage example and see how bad it was. Just enough brain cells to rub together and ask “so, how are hundreds of thousands of kids living in conditions like this better than just letting women choose whether or not to bring their pregnancies to term? A higher number in the next census? More beings with a pulse?”

You're asking them to have empathy.

You implied without evidence that the brain was a transceiver. I ask for evidence and you instead shift the burden of proof.

I didn't make a claim. I simply proposed a possible non-physicalist explanation.

Just like pro-choicers that are against 2nd amendment and support forced covid vaccination.

Are you claiming that there are conscious beings that are not alive?

But are the philosophers even qualified to answer some things?
They are qualified to ask questions that you are required to answer.

Quote:And where did the pro-choice people support forced vaccinations?
Plenty of them on reddit and twitter.

1) Contraceptives often fail. The ensuing pregnancy is obviously not voluntary.
It's voluntary because women are aware that contraceptives often fail
Quote:2) Women do get raped. That pregnancy, too, is involuntary.
That's only 1% of abortions.
Quote:Why you think your religion gives you the right to tell other people what to do with their bodies is beyond me
Majority of people both in the US and the world are religious therefore atheist minority should obey their will.

No, that's not what genocide is. Look up words when you don't know their meanings.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genocide
Quote:Genocide is the intentional destruction of a people[a] in whole or in part. In 1948, the United Nations Genocide Convention defined genocide as any of five "acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group". These five acts were: killing members of the group, causing them serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children out of the group.

Nope, no lack of an explanation leads to the supernatural merely ignorance till you produce actual evidence of the supernatural, and no other explanation is required to reject the supernatural.
Until 20th century the only source of light known to man was fire and scientists naturally believed that Sun was made of burning coal. They were obviously wrong. So no, evidence is not enough you also need an adequate explanation.

... without any evidence. Why should I give your twaddle any attention beyond telling you it's bullshit?

You don't present evidence, yet you demand it of me? Piss off with your double-standard, assmunch.

So, only infertile women can fuck for pleasure?!?

Fertile women can be sexually active but they should live with consequences of their own actions. Don't want to become pregnant? Don't have sex with strangers.

Are you aware that you can become pregnant with someone who is not a stranger?
