It turns out the the ONLY reason Trump is having a bench trial in the New York fraud case is that no one on his crack legal team remembered to check the box on the form requesting a jury trial.

Likely intentional, fully understanding their clients guilt.  He was going to lose either way, but this way he gets to bitch impotently about a judge whereas the other way would have had actual magats convicting him - and that's gg for the brand.

In the back of my mind I was considering that those jurors would be in the same possibly life-threatening situation as the judge. Better off without jurors, in this environment.

If you're hard enough to give birth in a pickup there's a fair chance you got knocked up the same way. Is it weird that I think that's one of her redeeming qualities?

I'd be tickled pink if some pronstar actually ran on a "I'll jerk you off" ticket, won, and did it. At least then we could dispense with the pretense of decorum or process or good governance.
