No - things like the expanding power of HR within corporations to terminate employees for "offensive" speech, LGBT & abortion oriented events being held and curriculum being taught in tax-funded schools, and certain governments like Australia and England's going so far as to arrest people for "offensive" speech towards a few select minorities while permitting and often funding hateful speech towards others.

Creating a bright and attention drawing flag to represent yourself under wasn't a great idea if you didn't want attention.

No; I abandoned the woke ideology when I realized it was a political tool for some and an anti-scientific and anti-reason cult for others.

So, presumably, either people shouldn’t interact with their coworkers or workplaces should be (in terms of things like race, gender, or general values) homogenous? Because those are the only ways to practically avoid the sort of things you’re complaining about.

Either that or, if an employer says something sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or what have you, to an employee, said employee should just take it up the ass and not complain.
