Actual cost of solar energy is 10 times higher.

He has none. Electricity generated from solar power is about a third the cost of that generated by natural gas. Per megawatt, the cost of building a solar generation stationis about a third cheaper than building a coal-fired power plant.

And, like it or not, regardless of whether or not fossil fuel use is bad for the earth, it’s going to run out soon enough, so we might as well start looking into alternatives, ideally ones less likely to run out.

And that presumably, even the richer nations deserve to suffer because they put all their energy eggs into one basket and balked at the prospect of investing in a different type of energy before their preferred one runs out?

Wont ever happen. Because somehow, for some reason, those poor southern countries that deserve to suffer will never change their circumstances, and the rich northern countries will never find themselves short of the things they source...from places. Places unknown and unknowable, I'm sure.

Dipshits aside, that's going to be the truly difficult thing about addressing climate change. Underdeveloped resource rich countries will not be simply talked out of using those resources for themselves.

Fraudsters Scamming The Faithful With Trump Bucks

Quote:Supporters of former President Donald Trump are reportedly being scammed out of thousands of dollars through the sale of commemorative "Trump Bucks" that fraudsters say can be exchanged for real cash.

The ad also says the bills are "not legal tender," but seconds later says the TRB membership card will actually allow them to use the bills as tender and deposit them in banks like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase, or use them at popular retailers like Costco, Walmart, and Home Depot.

Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Walmart and Home Depot all told NBC News they don't accept "Trump Bucks," and a Bank of America spokesperson said the company has heard from employees about several people trying to exchange the worthless bills for significantly larger amounts of cash than they spent to buy them.

The very best part of that scam, imo, is the idea that trump is going to introduce a new monetary system.

Trump is rather creative when it comes to finances.
