It's really not, because if you are approaching me from a position of ignorance (misunderstanding my position) then I don't need to assume you are coming from a position of arrogance or spite.

What you said was not "fine" unless your intention was to accuse me of using false dilemma arguments, and it's what I mean by a position of ignorance.

Fair enough; to the best of my ability, I am not able to find any information about her being on the panels either - but as already stated, since she repeated what I said I'm not too hard pressed to find that information anyway.

I would just note that she doesn't have a degree in any hard sciences (philosophy and psychology) which makes me question why she would be referenced in regards to the biology of males and females... even if she confirms what I said about the DSM.

I allege that a certain type of man is dangerous in this situation - deviants, perverts, sexual assaulters - and that giving them legal protection to insert themselves into areas where women are at a high risk is not sound policy.

Oh, so that's your problem. Well, good news: policies that allow trans women into women's bathrooms won't actually give them legal protection to sexually assault women. For one thing, sexual assault, whether or not it happens in a restroom or not, is still illegal, and "I identify as a woman, so I belong in there sexually assaulting women" is simply not a defense anyone, even the most "woke" person will entertain. 

And, frankly, your unspoken assumption that someone inclined to sexually assault women would only find a way to do so if the law allowed certain penis-bearing people to do so, is false. This is the testimony of a woman who was actually assaulted in a women's restroom by a man. And the man didn't pretend to be a woman, and they didn't have gender-neutral or trans-friendly restrooms. They just had a clearly marked women's room and a man willing to just ignore that, barge in, and fulfill his depraved desires.
