Is it too much to ask that the Speaker of the House knows who is in his party and who isn’t? Apparently, it is.
Also, the COVID checks weren’t conditional on the outcome of an election.

While stimulus payments have disadvantages, I find it difficult to object to governments giving money to struggling people.

Trump has largely (though not always) referred to Iran as a 'military conflict', rather than a 'war'.
I wonder how Secretary of Conflict Hegseth feels about that.
