Even if it were to happen, it wont last for long, not even close to 1000 years I would think espeashally if its threw conquest. Since Satin or the anti christ doesnt exist, it wont be satin but rather someone in power or world leaders. Its historically very unlikley. History shows that Every super power civilizastion who ever attempted it has failed and then they eventaully decline, rot within then go extinct. The sycle repeats after that with the new better more powerfull big boys in town and continues on. Sadly America may be the next one to go the way Rome did becuase of what it's done over the years. If it doesn't change its actions soon and keeps being bad, its gonna be gone eventually.

Neither character are real, but they do reflect the superstitions of antiquity, not just the monotheisms, but polytheisms as well.

Ruling families in antiquity would compete in brutal fashion against rival states (usually more local competing city states). And in antiquity most humans lived under ruling families, and your existence was much more dependent on not upsetting the powers ruling over you. Some era's in human history had more tolerant rulers, and others more brutal rulers. Even between the battles between the Ancient Romans and Greeks, it was quite common to defeat another location, leave the enemy  dead to rot on the battlefield, take their women and children as slaves and or concubine. But that was pretty much the case worldwide in all of antiquity. 

You can see these rivalries all over human history in antiquity. It is often called "The divine right of kings", most ruling and warrior classes worldwide saw their fortunes and defeats as the spirits or gods favoring them or punishing them.
