Step 3: Use something to kinda remind you why you should eat healthy. For me is one, pleasing my lover. And two, say that i can eat unhealthy to "Quack Pack" Disney TV series, because its mainly about slackers, but this is after the diet goal is met.
So thats main motivation to eat healthy. Depending how motivated you are.
