why link is forbidden?

Hello
Why links in posts is forbidden? This rule is useful in terms of preventing posting inappropriate links, but when a user submits 3 posts, then it is clear that he/she is the user who submits inappropriate links. 
It's a silly rule.

for example leonardo17 and i can not submit useful links.
Only for the first thirty days.
Still restrictive, I agree.

It seems that Eclectic has fulfilled the 30/30 rule for 2 weeks now.
