  1. While Arius argued that Jesus Christ was created out of nothing or out of something else, the council affirmed that he was begotten out of the substance (essence) of the Father.
BTW this is the base difference and rivalry between Islam & Constantine's Christianity:

Islam = Jesus was created from human essence just like any other human.
Constantine Christianity= Jesus is a God-like with the essence of God flowing in his veins. Jesus = God, thus Jesus = the father; thus trinity.

That council was nothing but a heathen opinion of a heathen emperor -Constantine- that protected this blasphemy with Roman Centurions.

Since the Council predates Islam, the blasphemy (at least as regards the begetting of Jesus) goes the other way: The Quran is nothing but the heathen opinion of a heathen warlord - Muhammad - that protected this blasphemy with soldier fanatics.

You see; that's the problem: you're "localising" Jesus; making him a preacher with another brand, while I totally believe that Jesus, Mohammed, Moses, Aron...etc, are all messengers preaching the same idea; working for the same boss -God-:

https://www.worldhistory.org/Moses/

The Quran says more obviously:

Quote:Sura 23, The Quran:
https://quran.com/23?startingVerse=44

(44)Then We sent Our messengers in succession: whenever a messenger came to his people, they denied him. So We destroyed them, one after the other, reducing them to ˹cautionary˺ tales. So away with the people who refuse to believe!

(45) Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron with Our signs1 and compelling proof

(46) to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and were a tyrannical people.

.
.
.
(49) And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture, so perhaps his people would be ˹rightly˺ guided.

(50) And We made the son of Mary and his mother a sign, and gave them refuge on high ground—a ˹suitable˺ place for rest with flowing water.

(51) O messengers! Eat from what is good and lawful, and act righteously. Indeed, I fully know what you do.

— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, the Clear Quran

They all serve the same lord; preach the same message.
Sinful heathens like emperor Constantine, Sunni/Shiite Islamic Hadith founders tried to shatter the message of Monotheism, they all used the same repetitive tactic of twisting the source, and diverting the faith from glorifying God Monotheistically to glorifying prophets, Imams, priests, etc.

Result? look at the Crusades.

I think the problem is that you think localizing Jesus is the problem.

I thought this was a thread about the CNS. It seems to have taken a turn.

Per usual, Winter's central nervous system has overloaded. This could be a thread about breakfast breads and it would wind up being about Mohammed.

What is disturbing is as subjective as all the god claims.

It wasn't a physical pain, but rather... I can't explain it.

Here is the image:

This is your "Nervous System".

This is "you". This is your memories, your whole life, and me too.
How could a person remain an atheist after seeing their actual reality?

There must be a creator that made this pile of flesh for Billions of iterations; with each iteration producing a unique different being.

The soul is nothing but the electricity that set this system to work..just like a switch, on and off.
We humans replicate our creation with every item we create.

Just like illiterate toddlers, that creator taught us how to live, by making us look in our own creation first.

What about racism?ego?and similar toxic behaviours? wouldn't it be shockingly embarrassing for the racist to see what they actually are? a pile of weak disgusting arteries and nerves connected ?

Imagine the World Wars with all the soldiers looking like the bare nervous system. Wouldn't it be stupid, sinful, worthy of Hell to see nervous systems killing each other?

God exists and someday, we shall rise from the graves to face him.

The thing is that when we look at the natural world, we just see a natural world.
No one has brought material from the other universe where these aliens and gods and alien gods are located.

To me, it looks like the cell is an automatic system and it reacts with other cells automatically.
Sperm just seems to be cells, a bunch of chemicals functioning together. The same goes for the egg.
When these join, you get the zygote and the process starts.
The entire system seems automated.
It is a fantastic bit of chemistry, thanks mostly due to the properties of the carbon atom being able to concatenate easily. This opens the door to a vast amount of chemicals that no other element matchs.
Another important chemical is water and these carbon compounds are compatible with water (they don’t decompose). Water acts as a carrier, as a solvent.
For example, carbon’s electronegativity is 2.6 while hydrogen is 2.2. So, when these combine, the electron cloud is pulled closer to carbon.
In the case of silicon, which is right below carbon, silicon’s properties are radically different. Silicon’s electronegativity is 1.8, so the electron cloud gets pulled closer to the hydrogen.
As a results, silane SiH4 reacts with water. Si2H6 also reacts with water.
Silicon can’t form a double bonds with itself which also limits its potential. So, there isn’t the equivalent of alkenes in the silicon world.
It can’t form a tripple bond either. So, there isn’t the equivalent of alkynes in the silicon world.
I think germanium also has an electronegativity of 1.8. While, GeH4 and Ge2H6 have been prepared, no higher alkane equivalents are made.
I can’t form a double bond. It can’t form a tripple bond. GeH4 and Ge2H6 react exothermically with water.

With this knowledge in chemistry, we can be certain that if life exists on other planets, it would be based on carbon and never on silicon and germanium.
Also, germanium is a very rare element, which also reduces it chances of starting up a planet wide ecosystem.

Some tell me that soul just means life. In that case, yes, life is just electricity + exchange of chemicals and the source of energy is chemical reactions, which basically means, getting an electron from a higher energy level to a lower energy level and converting that energy difference into work.

If by soul, someone means ghost or fumes or vapors or blue glowing guys like we see in the movies, ... no, there is no evidence for that.

Yes, I know that some people believe that aliens or gods or alien gods sometimes come to earth and they want to help humans make the tanakh, make the Bible, make the Koran, make the Easter Island giant statues, make the Bordasar monuments, make the egyptian pyramids, make NASA and go to the Moon but why are these aliens shy?
If they actually wanted to help humanity, they would have come to Earth, taken control of the government and implemented policies that help the poor.

The other issue with this argument of complexity is that, wouldn’t the alien or god also look at his body and find it fantastic?
