Maybe saturated fat aren't a problem if you get enough Vitamin K from the greens, as Vitamin K decreases the likelihood of cholesterol being calcified. I don't think that's supported by evidence, as there seems to be a limit above which Vitamin K has no effect, and people taking that much Vitamin K still get atherosclerosis, but at least you don't sound crazy for saying that. I don't understand what you mean. You said that you can mitigate the diseases caused by meat simply by eating enough vegetables with the meat. I said that this is perhaps true for heart disease (Vitamin K making saturated fat less dangerous), but that I fail to see how it could be true for colon cancer caused by heme iron. What from vegetables can possibly counter the effect of heme iron?
Vitamin K helps with blood clotting. What that has to do with saturated fat is something you need to explain.

Vitamin K lowers the risk of atherosclerosis by making the calcium which would cause the cholesterol to calcify go to the bones. So, two individuals who have the same cholesterol levels should have different atherosclerosis risks if their Vitamin K levels are different. Saturated fat raise the cholesterol.
Now I think you are nothing but a troll. You have stated other forums have asked you to stop posting your stuff so I can't be the only one who thinks you are just being a pain in the ass.
But I am done other than to make sure you don't break any rules. The trolling thing would have to be dealt with by the staff. It's not just my call. RE: is it healthier to eat no meat?

You have stated other forums have asked you to stop posting your stuff so I can't be the only one who thinks you are just being a pain in the ass. I wonder why people think I am a troll. You are not the only one, a user called Nyittiuny from forum.hr said that he thinks that my latest paper about the names of places in Croatia is a hoax intended to trick people who are educated in informatics but don't know historical linguistics (even though, even if I were contradicting something from historical linguistics that's based on evidence, which I don't think I am, informatics is a harder science than historical linguistics, so if the consensus among informaticians is that my arguments are compelling, informatics trumps historical linguistics). I guess that when people can't refute your arguments, they think you might be a troll. Or maybe it has to do with the Poe's Law. Maybe my positions about the names of places in Croatia are so extreme that somebody might actually mistake them for a parody. Though I don't see which extremist position am I holding here. Red meat causing colon cancer is a pretty normal position. |
