Good thing my grandpa was a German immigrant and not someone trying to come up into the states from south of the border.

When I run payroll, most of the recipients are those people. And they often cross back and forth to keep their paperwork up-to-date and to reconnect with family.
They pay taxes, some are contributing to an IRA, they work a lot of hours...not sure if they have time between work and family to also be drug runners.
