So you are into Vedas. I know about two hare Krishnas who wrote a relatively popular book based on Vedic texts called "Forbidden Archeology" where they claim how human civilization is billions of years old, that humans and dinosaurs lived together, and that Krishna created humans so that evolution is a lie.

As I said, the book was relatively popular that even a "documentary" was made based on it where the presenter was Charlton Heston.

Is that something that you believe in?

Nope. I believe none of that

RE: Plausibility of ancient extraterrestrials
You left out the best part.  The description wasn't detailed so much as it was cryptic.  Copper sulfate solution is referred to as "peacocks neck".  Which I think is brilliant.

I can quickly think up a bunch of reasons that a person would have copper, copper sulfate, and sawdust in an earthen jar - all of them purely agricultural, but I do wonder what the circumstances were that some goober put zinc in and gave himself a little jolt. History is littered with this sort of stuff, btw, near and far. We invented a way to recycle nuclear waste decades ago and there's enough used fuel in the us to light us up for a century, but there isn't a single reactor in the us that can use it and not a single company monetizing it. Bows were invented, abandoned, and rediscovered multiple times (and perhaps multiple independent times) throughout prehistory.

That's probably the fate of the various clay batteries of the world. It was cool, it was interesting...but..at the end of the day, it was time to go back to applying the copper sulfate poultice on the trees and vines. My first real job was in a small rapid prototyping shop, running the plating lines. I suspect that gold plating was the first practical application for electricity.

I think I should make my beliefs clear.
I believe the government is hiding zero-point energy from us in cooperation with Big Oil.
I believe the famous cattle mutilations were perpetrated by either extraterrestrials or the military
I believe the Tic Tac UFO is either extraterrestrials, the Russians or the Chinese
I believe the Elohim/Anunnaki genetically modified the hominids that were around about 250,000 years ago and that's how Homo Sapiens Sapiens was created. I think that would explain away the giant mystery of how hominid brains got so much more sophisticated in such a small amount of time in our evolutionary history
I do believe in evolution by natural selection and I believe that our universe is 26.7 billion years old because recently the James Webb Space Telescope proved that there are galaxies older than the previous figure of 13.7 billion years. I do believe the universe is accelerating in its expansion and that it once was tiny, ultra-dense, ultra-hot and with ultra-low entropy and that it took only a tiny fraction of a second to expand into something enormous.

You beliefs are of no interest to me.   Only your evidence can conceivably interest me.

I'm just putting my beliefs out there

Are clay batteries somehow related to those beliefs?

For fun, lets assume that aliens with zero point energy came here 250k years ago and tinkered with us. It then took us 200k to become fully modern, and about..what, another 46k to invent...a clay battery? Then, about 4k years after that, the aliens start cutting up cows and riding around in pills.

For comparison, same set of facts, no aliens - no big oil ct, no cattle mutilations, no tic tac ufo, looks like this.

250k years ago, anatomically modern humans emerge. It takes us 200k to become fully modern, and about 46k more to invent...a clay battery. 4k years later, here we are.

I don't see what the clay battery is doing in the aliens story, and I don't see what the aliens are doing in the clay battery story.

44k more for the clay battery; the Agastya Samhita debuted about 6k years ago. The clay battery is an example of Hindu scriptures getting something right. That's a small example to support my claim that multiple ancient texts got stuff right while simultaneously describing the Elohim and their traditions and passed-down knowledge. I also believe the Elohim made Atlantis. It's all one big grand unified conspiracy theory

Cows' blood is perfect for in vitro fertilization

I also believe there's a giant hole in Antarctica that the aliens fly in and out of
