This is really such a fair, wonderful world we live in, isn't it? When a guy with a good sense of humor and good taste in music can't get a date to save his life? And how about those professional mind doctors, huh? Changing my diagnosis and claiming I need to be on a higher dose of medication than I'm currently on? I feel like humanity is just bulldozing me up the ass with hot coals.

I think you need some RL third party perspective, both professional and non professional.

But I don't think your condition will let you accept anything that does not support your personal delusions, at least not until it causes you RL negative consequences.

Even if I'm the only person in the world with this particular view on things, I'm still right because my own reality might as well be the ultimate reality. Nothing outside of my perception/consciousness matters in the slightest.

If a choice has to be made between being someone with "integrity" who is financially unstable and can't afford nice things, or someone without "integrity" who is able to afford all the nice things they want, the choice is clear, and any sane person would choose the latter option.

I guess it depends on what you do. Integrity pays for our food, bills, and vacations. We wouldn’t have a pot to piss in were it not for our good reputations. I guess it matters less if a persons whole world is flipping burgers….but I don’t know why a person flipping burgers couldn’t have or wouldn’t want to be a person of integrity?

I suppose you do t need integrity to get laid either….so just ponder on that. People with and without integrity are getting laid. It’s probably just you. Integrity or a lack of integrity has nothing to do with why you can’t find a date. You’re probably just unlikeable and unfuckable.

Although this is similar to other posts that seemed troll-ish, I'm going to take this one seriously.

Integrity is a key component of mental health and self worth.  Sure, we're all hypocrites about something, often without realizing it, or having a justification for it.  But as for having integrity - I don't believe it means "I should live as others think I should live".  No, entirely the opposite.  Integrity means "I should live according to what I actually believe".

Perhaps you haven't got to a point in your life where you have to figure out what you value and what you believe.  If you do, you will find it easier to grow as a person.
