Took me time to figure that out, and it was definitely easier to get laid after I did. Probably has something to do with how, once you know what you stand for, you end up associating with other people who stand for the same things. The burden of shared interest or passion in seeking out a meaningful romantic relationship is handled.

I'm not looking for a "meaningful romantic relationship", at least not with a female, and of course, I would need to breed with a female in order to have children, so I might not be able to raise my own children. However, I am very much interested in a real relationship with a male, but most guys are "hook up only" and that's not a matter of me being "unlikeable and unfuckable", no, I am likeable and fuckable, I just need to meet a guy who doesn't want to use me for sex. I've slept with around a dozen guys and not a single one of them wanted to take things further than sex.

I'm glad you have a strong sense of self worth - but I don't know that you get to decide either of those two things in the manner relevant to a meaningful relationship.

Are you the kind of person that the kind of person you want..would want to be with? Do you have habits or tendencies that might reasonably put off that kind of person? Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative. It's not magic.

Don't get me wrong, I sympathize. Your dating pool is relatively small.

One silly argument recently made the rounds among Transphobes is demanding trans women define women. This is silly of course as this falsely assumes you need to define something to identify as something ultimately in terms of gender Women will always be an open and individual matter. Ultimately a woman in terms of gender is anyone who identifies as one. Transphobes will complain that this definition is circular as it's not useful or doesn't add anything. This is false as it adds the fact that women in terms of gender is an identity and it's useful because it is accurate and open-ended thus avoiding exclusions. Of course, Transphobes will never be happy with this because they are sex essentialists who fanatically cling to their essentialism regardless
