Seep is the bitchiest goddess.  It's been a couple of years since I've had to wake up at 6 to take my son to school.  Also I get home from work most nights around 11, 12, so I should be sleeping until 8.  Does my body give a fuck?  No.  Many days I feel like I wake up around 6 p.m. 

Naps are how I survive.

Wake up at 5am, get ready for school, catch a 6am bus, catch another bus, catch another bus, catch another bus, finally arrive at school at 8am when school starts at 9am. School lasts till 2pm. Catch a bus home, catch another bus home, catch another bus home, and I finally arrive home at 5pm.

Where in there do I have time for a nap?

Thus, bed at 9pm.

See, I'd kill people who interrupt my sleep if I had that schedule.

When I was an intern I frequently wouldn't be home for a few days at a time, crashing when I could in the break room.

Yes, I even crashed once or twice in the morgue (not in the drawers).
