David Lynch intended never to reveal who Laura Palmer's murderer was. If the show had just ended at season 1, maybe without [spoiler] getting shot at the end of it.. but just ended with it being a mystery... maybe it'd have been a better show overall. The second season being bad bothers me. Because the first season was so good. It deserved a better second season.

37 years ago today my first husband died in a drunk driving accident. Though it doesn't upset me like it used to, the date is etched into my mind...I assume it will always be thus. I certainly had a very different vision of what our lives would be like.
