Saw an ad on Facebook the other day for a flat iron.  Mine is getting some years on it and I have been thinking about getting a new one.  So, I popped open the ad....For $499.99 the damn thing better be able to keep my hair straight just by being in the house.  

Then because I opened that ad, they decided I might want one of their curling irons for around $600.00.  This has been followed by hair dryers and all manner of their hair styling gadgets.  I am a little afraid to even look at the other prices.

The company name rhymes with Buyson.  I think I will keep looking.  Holy crap!

The bag comment reminded me of a twitch streamer with Tourette's syndrome named "Sweet Anita". She posted a funny story on twitter 10 hours ago about checking out while paying for her groceries and the cashier asked her "would you like a bag with that?" Suffice to say, her Tourette's syndrome got the better of her during that interesting encounter.

How can the Catholic Church (or Scientology or Church of Mormon) be a non-profit organization if they are making a profit?
