The body uses nightmares to wake you up. Thus, I recently had a dream in which I was suddenly urged to go to church and be with very religious Christians, which disturbed me so much that I woke up only to realize that, in reality, I just needed to pee.

I am woken up by needing-to-pee dreams nearly every night, often multiple times. Sometimes I am frantically searching for places to pee but all are taken. Sometimes there are places available but there is a crowd watching me. Sometimes there are places available but they are filthy and disgusting beyond description.
Such is the joy of a man getting old. It reminds me of a Star Trek TNG episode where the Enterprise is rushing to rescue a man suffering from the ravages of old age and Picard asks the android Data, "You still want to be one of us?" I wish I was an android.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
