My mouth is all natural too, no dentures or partials here. Good dental habits really pay off.

I am missing a couple bottom molars. One had involved hours in two different dental offices and unbelievable pain (and cost). When it flared up the third time I was over it and said it had to go. I have a partial but seldom wear it. Due to osteoporosis (and cost) implants aren't really a viable option for me. Unless you are a doctor or dentist peering into my mouth, you would never know there were missing teeth.

couple of fillings, one crown from a cracked tooth that occurred in Shanghai. Haven't seen a jaw breaker in about 6 years.

I use a very very soft brush

Doing pretty good. Missing a few in the back, most on the left side are cracked but that happened when I was 19.....and I still have them, which is an improvement over my forebearers, who began losing teeth and replacing them with dentures at the rough old age of (checks notes) 30. Bad teeth and an even worse dentistry environment are a family legacy. If I had them all pulled tomorrow I've already beaten the curve.
I'm considering never going to a dentist again. I'll just hit myself in the face with a brick until the offenders come out. It's that or a college education for my children......
