I've seen a few human bodies I wouldn't make any modifications to whatsoever.

Back and knees and ankles better adapted for bipedalism. No blind spot in our eyes, squids don't have 'em, why should we. The larangeal nerve doesn't inconvenience me much, but it's still a bad design. And I'd like a larynx that works just as well as the one I've got now without the choking hazard. A metabolism that adjusts for current intake.

I'm not asking for miracles here.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
