So we have yet another judge saying she can no longer trust Trump’s DOJ to tell the truth or pursue justice.

Any judge worthy of their robes should already understand this. It's been repeatedly made glaringly obvious.

A US judge has dismissed the criminal case against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was wrongfully deported to a megaprison in El Salvador last year.

Abrego Garcia, whose deportation became a major flashpoint in the debate over the Trump administration's immigration agenda, returned to the US in June after the government admitted it had wrongfully sent him back to his native country.

After his return, federal prosecutors charged him with human smuggling over a 2022 incident in Tennessee where he was found to have several people in his car during a traffic stop. He pleaded not guilty.

On Friday, the federal judge dismissed the case and said Abrego Garcia had been charged for political reasons.

"The Court does not reach its conclusion lightly," US District Judge Waverly Crenshaw wrote in her opinion.

She said the case was only launched to justify the government's decision to deport the 30 year old. The judge also said the Trump administration had failed to rebut the "presumption of vindictiveness".

"The objective evidence here shows that, absent Abrego's successful lawsuit challenging his removal to El Salvador, the government would not have brought this prosecution," the Tennessee judge said.

"The Executive Branch closed its investigation on the November 2022 traffic stop. Only after Abrego succeeded in vindicating his rights did the Executive Branch reopen that investigation," the opinion reads.

A federal judge in Washington on Wednesday ordered White House offices to comply with the Presidential Records Act, pushing back on the Trump administration’s effort to weaken a decades-old recordkeeping law intended to preserve material related to a commander in chief’s time in office.


The order from U.S. District Judge John D. Bates directs the White House Office, the National Security Council, the U.S. DOGE Service and the president’s advisers to fully comply with the PRA. Covered offices and advisers must preserve relevant records under the act and ensure such records are not created or shared using nonofficial electronic message accounts unless a complete copy is forwarded to official work accounts.

Not entirely sure that will matter, given the Regime’s history of disregarding judicial rulings.

Trump Picks The Wrong Target. Again.

Donald Trump thought he could easily score political points by labeling legendary actor Danny Trejo as “offensive to Jesus,” simply because Trejo spoke openly about compassion, second chances, and the idea that God’s love does not discriminate.

“The President of the United States just said that I offend Jesus,” Trejo began calmly. “Do you want to know what really offends Jesus? Turning your back on the poor, the sick, and the forgotten while protecting the rich and powerful.”

And he didn’t stop there.

“Do you know what else offends Jesus?” he continued. “Separating families. Treating immigrants like criminals. Forgetting that most people are just trying to survive.”

Then Trejo went deeper.

“Do you know what offends Jesus? Hatred. Greed. War. Corruption. Pretending to be holy while refusing to show mercy.”

This wasn’t just a celebrity response. It was a full-blown moral challenge.

Trejo, who has long spoken about redemption, helping others, and giving second chances, completely shifted the narrative. Instead of backing down, he grounded his message in compassion, mercy, and the very values politicians often claim to defend.

“I’m not perfect,” Trejo admitted. “I’ve made mistakes. I’ve suffered a lot. But I know this: mercy saved my life.”
