So, tomorrow is a day like most any other. I will be working for at least part of the morning. I have to get payroll out for Friday and am impatiently waiting for someone else to do their part before they leave town for a week. grrrrrr Which means I may be working on Christmas morning too.
Christmas evening my son and daughter and their families from here in town will be over to exchange gifts then back at it on as usual on Thursday. Wednesdays are such sucky days for major holidays.
Tomorrow we are looking at all day rain so that stinks. But at least I don't have to shovel rain.
What are y'all up to the next few days?

I have a couple of wood working projects lined up, and will have a friend over on Friday for wood carving. Other than that, it's just a lot of goofing off. Two youngest sons still live with us, so they'll be here for xmas dinner. That's one of the 10 or 12 dinners the wife cooks per year.

I was going to buy stocking stuffers at Walmart, but I couldn't stomach the prices. We don't celebrate until Saturday, so I'll scope the stores on Thursday for Christmas candy. I'm picking up a rib roast that morning, so between now and then I need to make plans for that. I'd like to clear enough room in the freezer such that I can make the roast after the holidays. Tomorrow I've got to run downtown and pick up an Amazon order. Gift cards mostly.

Gonna make a big batch of Chex Mix either this afternoon or in the morning. I love the stuff and so does my son-in-law. Others in the family like it but not as much as the two of us do.

I just had a big, tasty, juicy, crispy, perfect goose.  Will i still be allowed to visit the US now? ...or should i better book a one way ticket to Gitmo right away to spare everyone the effort?
