No one here knows where you're incarcerated, meaning no one here knows the laws of your nation. If you're going online, look up lawyers in your country and not atheist forums. Use your head.

Don't do crimes.  

We don't really have psychiatric institutions here in the states anymore.  Mostly privatized over the last half of the last century...so if you have enough cash you might be able to get space at a private facility, which might be better than prison....but if you don't you'll end up in regular old prison, where all of the reasons we deinstitutionalized are popping right back up.

What is it you want from us?  We certainly can't help you medically.  And it sounds like your legal issues are also well beyond our scope.

Do you just want to tell us over and over again that you are mentally ill, a criminal, and in some sort of facility?  If that's that case, we got it.

If you've tried to kill someone in service to a psychotic break, then you probably need to stay institutionalized, and I'm not going to help you avoid that.

Go to therapy, take your meds, and go offline and focus on your present moment.

So, I take it that your lawyers didn't warn you that the benefits to pleading insanity when you're not actually insane are minimal? The only real benefit is the death penalty is off the table.
