Actually, I do believe tornadoes are proof that god loves us. After all, tornadoes usually drill the hell out of the Bible-belt and more specifically the trailer parks that house most of these, "Thank gawd only seven of my nineteen kids were killed," kinda people.
God, whether Abrahamic, deist or otherwise, isn't proof of anything nor needs to prove anything. More often using God as proof is done by ignorant assholes seeking to feel superior to others or pushing their own agenda. It's rarely unique and even less rarely helpful. Those that agree with the OP might as well admit to being immoral and hypocrites for complaining about Christians and the like doing the same thing. _____________________ is proof that God loves/hates you just isn't something I could ever fathom saying.
