tornadoes like those that struck the south have been doing damage to the south for thousands of years even when there were no environmental issues.

Of course tornadoes have struck southeast US before, but not as much historically and not that badly. History shows that this is happening more and more and more frequently. I suggest when it comes to the weather that you drop your bible and read something from the experts on it. No it doesnt. Showing a lack of belief in god is what shows a lack of belief in god. Morals are seperate from religious belief. Joking a fictional god is not immoral and can be quite entertaining as well.

Claim of justice implies desert, as in "serves them right", not blame, as in "they caused it".

Bollocks, saying something along the lines of "They got hit by tornadoes, serves them right for denying climate change" implies both that they are responsible and that they deserved it.

The implication exists in your mind, but i strongly suspect in this case it exists nowhere else.

I think you know even as described by you it is actually not really an extreme outlier amongst human behavior, and many kinds of fuckers would say something like this when it suits them. So tactical theatrical indignation based on pretending what is regretably almost behaviorally mainstream is really on the extreme margin is not effective, rather it is self-discrediting.
