It's not about getting offended at prayer, it's about state funded institutions leading prayer at an official function. They're free to pray they just shouldn't expect any tax dollars as it's against our constitution.

Depends on how old he is, if under 18 he could have his parents charged with abandonment. If he's 18 or over & doesn't have a lease with his parents, he *could* make life very hard for them by just refusing to leave. Evictions can take up to 3 months, at least where I live.
