Imprisonment is linked to both poverty and lower intelligence. These are also linked to religiosity; and in the case of intelligence, low intelligence is a known cause of adherence to a religion. No i don't think that was it it compared the us and the rest of the devolpement world with crime and religioity, i know it was somewhere in this forums some time ago, but i can't remeber
