You know Statler, despite years of people railing against "Islamic terrorists" I never saw you rise to their defense. Yet in Anders Breivik's case, you've immediately disclaimed his self-described affiliations as "fake".

Can you not see how self-serving that appears?
But Brevik isn't a True Christian!!!

Where did I rise to his defense?
Saying there is no evidence he was a Christian is in no way defending his actions.
If there was no evidence the 9/11 perpetrators were Muslim I would have pointed that out as well, but it was pretty clear they were extreme Muslims.
When posters on here try saying Hitler was not actually an atheist do I jump on them and say, “Oh my! You are standing up for Hitler!!!” Umm, no.

Yeah, because the actual fact that his Facebook page was altered to include "Christian" while he was in custody apparently matters not to you. I am sure he asked if they could remove his hand-cuffs so he could hop on his smart phone to ensure the proper Religion got the blame for his actions.
Bonus Explainer: Breivik, a self-identified "cultural Christian," referred to his killing spree as a "martyrdom operation" in a 1,500-page manifesto published on the Web before the attacks. (Source: Slate)
A Word About Anders Behring Breivik’s Christianity
John on July 25, 2011
There is no doubt that Breivik described himself as Christian on his Facebook page and in his manifesto. I am not trying to deny it. However, looking more closely at his self-description helps flesh out what he means by that term. After examining his 1500 page manifesto as well as his video, I find that Breivik explicitly identifies himself as a “cultural” Christian (aka Christian Identity), not a religious believer. Furthermore, he says his organization, the Knights Templar, is made up of agnostics, atheists and secular Christians. Source:Verum Serum
It's funny how some Christians deny what Breivik states himself about his Christian affiliation.
As if there's just no way it would be possible this terrorist scumbag could identify in any way with Christianity. When the Bible from cover to cover, is full of descriptions and commands related to the terrorism committed by god.

Well now you are making more sense, although I am not sure what "a believer" means, he obviously did not believe in the teachings of Christ. Yes, I absolutely agree with you. Whether he was a Christian, Muslim, Atheist, or anything else, what he did was absolutely wrong and evil. I just didn't like you labeling him as Christian when there really was no conclusive evidence as to what he was. I apologize if I jumped on you too harshly. Ok?
Apology accepted........I won't come and blow you away xtian! tee hee.
A man is born to a virgin mother, lives, dies, comes alive again and then disappears into the clouds to become his Dad. How likely is that?
They probably have manifestos sitting around at the police department , for when these sorts of things happen (to make sure the right religious group gets the blame).

Did you even read your own post? It says right there (even though it now looks like Anders did not post that on his Facebook) he was not a Christian in the Religious sense.
God by definition cannot commit Terrorism, He alone possesses the right to judge his Creatures.

Here's a suggestion for you. Rather than post as an insecure reactionary, learn something! CHRISTIAN IDENTITY MOVEMENT
Quote: God by definition cannot commit Terrorism, He alone possesses the right to judge his Creatures.
Then god can never ever be said to be benevolent. And according to how you see god, he's a malevolent sadist. While chapter and verse he is a terrorist. And not only that, he guides his people, the Jews, to commit acts of terrorism in his name.
I would link a definition for "terrorism" and "terrorist" here however, I'll let you care enough to learn the meaning of those words since you've demonstrated thus far you're not inclined to learn what Christian Identity means, perhaps you'll stop reacting foolishly in your ignorance of such terms and actually seek answers to what you clearly don't know.

I'm sorry, it wasn't the police department after all, it's the media.....they have manifestos laying around.....yadda yadda yadda.
Question Statler, are CI'ers not christian enough, or entirely too christian?
