Done and done.
So.... a humungous waste when we could put him towards the betterment of ourselves by worsening the state of others.

All of him is waste, so are his organs. Who'd want a terrorist's organs? Besides, disposing of him is part of the fun. Also locking him up till he dies will be a great punishment which will last for days. Trust me, that'll be justice in my books.
