I chuckled at that last one.

Religion isn't really advertised over here very much at all... But, when it is I just laugh.

Unless the advert is for something I actually want... Then I won't be swayed by advertisement.
It is probably something I wanted before i saw it anyway...

Although, there was one incident. I was at home watching tv back in march... And an advert came on for something I did not know came out that day. I then went right out and bought it... But that was Pokemon Black... So it is different.

We do get a bit of 'god bothering' advertising on the main channels here...and of course there are the Billboards and signage outside the plethora of churches...

We have billboards over here with quotes attributed to god on them. Every time I drive by one with my Catholic wife I read it out loud in an extremely sarcastic and stupid voice.

All religious advertising does is make theists feel better about being theist and atheists glad to be atheists.
