In fact, there is a quick test I can give you that shows that you do have free will. Within the limits of nature and physics that is. If you will something that goes beyond these then whatever you think free will is, is a delusion. Care to try my test and prove it to youself? I think watching these two converse will be interesting. Epi - you help me with the food, and Cin - you bring the beer. We're gonna sit and watch this like a trainwreck football game. RE: Did you choose your God or inherit him?

Murg - I was putting Cin on beer duty because I'm all about the Irish stuff, but I'll submit to your wishes because I like you.
Guinness is one of my faves as far as common beers go. I worked the door at Irish pubs for too long.

Not an overall a big fan of Dawkins, other then we share the same blood line. Yet, that was an interesting Dawkins presentation.
After touring this entire planet, I have both inherited and chosen views of different God metaphor and through my own imagination of what spiritual sided is, formed my own identity from all sides. Dawkins dose demonstrate to me how one can pick or be force, or brainwashed toward only one side, then one become limited thinking and will fight for your ego group side, when I love to share all sides. People are very social animal like wolves, while there is no such things as a lone wolves or it will die without the pack Maybe I am somewhat unique because I’m not dead yet (September 20, 2011 at 12:02 pm)Castle Wrote: Not an overall a big fan of Dawkins, other then we share the same blood line.
