prayer at work
October 8, 2011 at 10:46 pm
My friend, has an issue at work and it's actually scarier than sexual harassment.. her employer is implementing prayer at her workplace.. I don't know too much about the laws when it comes to the workplace. but isn't there something legally that a employer cannot endorse this idiocity to those of thier employees?

In the US, it's completely illegal to force prayer in the workplace. Can't speak for anywhere else.
The challenge for your friend is if she wants to be the one to throw down the gauntlet about it or not.

Get her to take a prayer mat in and lets see how long it lasts when she bends down towards mecca during the prayer sessions.
Or a knife a silver goblet and some fake blood.
She could have fun wih this.
They want them to pray but can they force 'to who'
or how about going dressed as a pirate and praying to the spaghetti monster. (blessed be his noodly appendages)
She could have fun with this.
