Did you find the dragon scale armor or forge it yourself? I neglected the smithing skill for too long and am just starting to work on it. If I can find dragon scale armor that would be great, but if I have to forge it myself, I will.

=( can't play it till I've finished my exams (because I know no study/prep will get done if I have a brand new game, Halo anniversary is already eating up a lot of my time). You guys are making me so jealous.

Yep, had to smith it, you need the dragon scale smithing perk too, it was the last one on the light-armour tree, not too hard to get it though, just buy raw materials, smith and improve them as much as possible, sell them and buy more raw materials over and over etc... At first you'll be making a loss so you'll need to be doing other stuff for funds.

Oblivion had an arena questline, also the very first elder scrolls game was simply called "Arena"

Also @ VOID, you do realise that daedric armor is better than dragon armor? http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Daedr...r_(Skyrim)

EDIT, just realised your talking about light armor, dragon armor comes in two variations Tongue

I only started playing TES at Morrowind. I remember the Arena questline in Oblivion, but didn't spend much time with it.

Anyone know the total number of perks you can get? I've used a load but I want to plan out the rest so I don't get something I'll regret. On that note, anyone got any good perk suggestions? I play as a thief/assassin so need short range, light armour, etc.

Soft level cap is at 50, so that's 50 perks, you level after that but very slowly, so possibly a few more.

Best perks by far are the stealth perks, dual wielding daggers I get to do 30x backstab damage. Can't play an assassin without that, plus the finisher animations are badass.

No, the perks don't cap out at 50. I just read online about someone who said they reached 51 and got a perk for it. The perks that I have found the most useful are in the one-handed category. You can eventually double their efficiency, and you can also make it so maces ignore up to 75% of armor. Other than that, my perks would not work for a their/assassin. My character is more of a paladin type where I'm a tough warrior that relies on restoration and enchanting.
