I wasn't born yesterday-I've had this discussion many times on other forums. It never goes anywhere and seems to do nothing but enrage people because there is no correct answer.
Because we had this discussion back then, and it was a very long thread, full of a great deal of (at least mildly) interesting discussion.
Who was looking for a "correct answer"? I don't plan on having this discussion again, and I provided a link to where we already did so that I would hopefully not have to.... but if you need: I'll have it again.
And yes... 'objectification' is a ridiculous observation, 'privilege' is not linear in the way of 'you have it or you don't', feminism is sexism, blame is shared (unequally) in almost all cases, and I've gotten far more jeering (eg. You're not a real woman/You don't count) over being a transgendered woman from self-proclaimed feminists than I have from every other group of people put together.
