Not many where I live, but the one I worked for was owned and operated by Turks. It was called "The Olympic Flame", and though the name suggested Greek food, it was all Turkish dishes. The women chefs were very mean to me and spat on the floor whenever I spoke to them, but the men chefs were really nice to me. My favorite thing they had was this nasty looking shit called "Garlic Yogurt". It looked and sounded so gross, but it was actually pretty tasty on some lamb meat.

Was it a family business?
The garlic yoghurt too, is one of my favorites, but I generally eat my yoghurt sour and with no other ingredients besides itself.
I dip my bread into it.
