Drop Bears will kill you by falling out of trees onto your head.
They eat too many Eucalyptus leaves which make them drunk then they fall out of trees. Be careful cause the bastards are everywhere.
Actually, my first job was as a sticka on the Harbour Bridge and it involved Drop Bears.
Every morning before the bridge was opened for the day, we would spread a net across the bridge, climb up and knock the Drop Bears off the bridge into the net with a stick, hence the term Sticka.
Some would be so drunk they would fall easily, some would be less drunk and they could be slightly aggressive.
Once we got rid of the bears, we would unlock the bridge and let the traffic cross.
If your room is facing the bridge, get up early and have a look. You'll see they guys with head lamps climbing on the bridge and you'll probably hear the bears scream as they fall into the net. They're pretty loud and if your not ready for it the scream can sound pretty un-nerving. As the Drop Bear population has generally been relocated over time, they don't close it every night these days but they generally have to do it once or twice a week.
