In the quoted materials it states the situation is a very complicated.
An adult man sticking his penis in an eight year old girls vagina is a very clear and unambiguous case of RAPE. I'm glad I could clarify that for everyone. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
