Sure there is. No matter how many generations pass and how human intellect and knowledge increases, there will always be lunatics.

I'm not really informed on antichrist matter, since, as a former catholic, it didn't play that large a role, even when I still was religious. But isn't he supposed to be universally liked and idolized? In my opinion that's the ultimate irony, since you can say a lot about Obama. Universally liked and idolized isn't even remotely true.

Quite right. In fact, most of those that dedicate studies to the AC, tend to identify the papacy as the AC. ( http://www.amazingfacts.org/media-librar...antichrist) A false prophet who speaks for God and tries to change the laws of the world. I've never studied it intensely, because everything surrounding it is allegorical and metaphorical. It's really like applying predictions from Nostradamus. I find it interesting, but not something I want to devote much time to.

In any case, it seems to me that persons showing a bit more humanism and flexibility on social issues are ultimately evil in the eyes of these people. Which says a lot more about the antichristers than it says about ther targets.

Do not, under any circumstances take the mark of Obama. I'm really going to be pissed if Obama isn't the anti-christ. We need someone to crucify that damn homicidal maniac Jesus who swore that he was going to kill everything on Earth and destroy the planet.

You're willing to enter the crazy contest? I haven't got a horse in the race, but what exactly is making Obama that terrible? I mean, he's in a fierce competition, given that Nixon or Bush jr. parked their butts in the same seat. The title of the video is 10 reasons Obama is not the anti-Christ.
Why poison the well by calling it a crazy contest?
I don't prefer to talk politics but I'll just say this: It doesn't matter what letter is next to a person's name, they're all pushing the same agenda.

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.
If it could be proven beyond doubt that God exists...
and that He is the one spoken of in the Bible...
would you repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ?

As I said, it tells a lot about people what they define as good and evil.

Some 30 years ago I found them interesting too. But back then, shortly after leaving the church, I was still looking for something supernatural and hadn't yet learned what fundamental bullshit Nostradamus had penned down. And, since this was long before the internet, I didn't have a clue, how many people added to Nostradamus' pile.

I am sure this was a topic of conversation for years before I got here, making this a silly question, but, here goes: why do we not think Prof is a poe?

Don't worry, my friend. If this be the end, then so shall it be.
