There's also the fallacy fallacy. This is where someone has learned the names of a load of logical fallacies, but doesn't understand them properly and raises them as incorrect objections.

That video is interesting, but, and I believe I mentioned this before, the Wall Street Journal has an article on How Israel Helped to Spawn Hamas. I can easily condemn Hamas and I would have subsequently asked the professor if he condemned illegal Jewish settlement building. The apartheid system draws people to Hamas and creates arrogant people like that personage questioning the professor. But we must remember that Adolf Hitler was good friends with the founder of the Brotherhood.
Given that Hamas is Sunni and Hezbollah is Shia so you must condemn at least one if you're a Sunni or a Shia, surely. I thought Sunnis were always up for condemning the actions of Shiites, I mean, they blow up Shia shrines from time to time, but it seems they hate Israel more than Ali. Interesting. Anyhow, it's clear that not all Palestinians support Hamas if you look at the composition of the Palestinian Legislative Council. In fact, there are a number of Marxists/Socialists who have been elected, including Fatah which is described as being left wing. My guess is these are the people who Israel was trying to stop becoming too powerful by apparently creating Hamas. Many Palestinians are reasonable people, but it is clear are also many Fascists, especially in the Gaza Strip. To be honest, it only seems like the media who wants to label these 'average, every-day muslims' as moderates. I don't hear virtually any muslims describing themselves as such.
Despicable girl. She essentially just said to that guys face 'I hope you die'. When people say that to each other, they don't actually mean it, they just want to hurt your feelings. She wants much more than that guys feelings hurt. But by someone else, not her, she is a 'moderate' after all.

How about we save the term 'moderate' for Muslims who are actually moderate. It's kind of weird that we often point to an extremist as an example of a moderate. I think it takes more than not being a terrorist for the term 'moderate' to be applied with any accuracy. If someone holds out a hateful conservative as a moderate, they're simply wrong.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
