Possible. And if anyone ever investigates the judge for abuse of power, they'll never see the end of it, and might even get stuck in a Russelian paradox!

So yeah, barring quantum interpretations, paradoxes and language, there is a question that would get you free. It is easy to make propositions. While questions don't have a logic value, answers do. P and not P.

Considering I do not yet know which, if any, tell the truth their statements are not credible. They could both be liars.
You can really only deduce anything if you make the assumption that they are consistently lying or telling the truth, but if you do that for the sake of argument, you actually can deduce, because certain constellations of speech cannot occur - see my long response.
Then man one tells the truth, for if he was lying, then neither of them lie.
I would more generally advocate that one only leave one entrance into their mind(reason), and keep the rest of it rather closed, as it is one hell of a lot easier to shovel shit in than it is to get it out.
If the evidence and reason for you to believe something isn't really any better than the reason you should believe some rural farmer from Arkansas got anally probed by interstellar visitors, then you probably shouldn't.
