Great video! Hysterical AND true!

I've had arguments with people where I say that prostitution should be legal. The typical response is "That's awful!". When I ask why it should be illegal I get stuff like "It's degrading!" (and cleaning port a johns isn't?), "It spreads disease!" (and people who sleep around with multiple partners don't?), "It's dangerous!" (and earning a living as a coal miner isn't?), "I wouldn't want a brothel in my neighborhood!" (You wouldn't have one in your neighborhood! If it was legel, brothels could be restricted to certain areas, away from homes, schools and businesses).

I simply respond that it's perectly legal to be a slut. A slut can have sex with a different guy every night. The prostitute also has sex with a different guy every night. The only difference between the two is the exchange of money. So why should one be legal and the other illegal? George Carlin had a good line. He wanted to know why it's perfectly legal to give something away, but when you charge money for that same thing it suddenly becomes illegal.
Science flies us to the moon and stars. Religion flies us into buildings.

God allowed 200,000 people to die in an earthquake. So what makes you think he cares about YOUR problems?

Another example of the way men use so-called morality to control and oppress women.

This is another reason why man-made 'religion' is, a lot of the time, very bad and provides misconceptions for people about God.

You say this as if it were a bad thing. Huh
I used to tell a lot of religious jokes. Not any more, I'm a registered sects offender.

'Religion' is man made, that is why it fails in so many ways to be in any way a link between humans and a supernatural god being. What does succeed in doing that, however, is actually getting to know this god

"God" is merely the product that religion sells.

well, I have a personal relationship with God. This is because I have personally experienced God's presence in my life, I've talked to him (by praying. by the way, its not actually like talking to a wall), and I've specifically stayed away from all this bullshit that religion offers people to eat up. I am a critical thinker, I study Sciences in college, and have a very intellectual mind. Don't believe the things that people say, like that you have to stop thinking to believe in God. I have personally found that the more I test God's existence and the reliability, the more I find myself coming to the same conclusion: that God is real, and wants to have a personal relationship with everyone
