Are all atheists this ill-informed about religion?

I think you may be mistaking invective for critique.

Perfect score.  32 out of 32.  But honestly, that was a pretty easy quiz . . .

But when the laughter dies down, you're left with a troubling realization: There actually is a huge pool of people on this planet who call themselves atheists and post on the internet, but are less familiar with theism than toddlers with the inside of a quantum mechanics textbook.

Where does one go for actually informed atheistic critiques of religion? I'm feeling my brain atrophy after reading some of the threads here.

Hi. I can say without a doubt that I am more familiar with theism than most toddlers are with the inside of a quantum mechanics textbook.
I'm pretty well informed about most religions, Catholicism and Christianity in-particular.
I'm also informed enough ingeneral to tell you that if your brain has atrophied from reading you should probably see a neurologist. Thats not normal.

I don't know who you've been talking to on here, but I was an advanced biblical apologist before de-converting (having read the whole thing back to front multiple times), and I've studied various world religions in a secular college setting. If you'd like a detailed, informed analysis or refutation of pretty much any religious claim you'd care to make, I'd be happy to provide you with one, and I can even dial back my notoriously flippant/offensive language...you probably still won't like what I say, though.

Studies have shown that the average atheist actually knows more about the Bible than the average Christian, so I'm interested to see if your claim in the OP is anecdotal or if you really have something to back it up.
Verbatim from the mouth of Jesus (retranslated from a retranslation of a copy of a copy):

"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you too will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. How can you see your brother's head up his ass when your own vision is darkened by your head being even further up your ass? How can you say to your brother, 'Get your head out of your ass,' when all the time your head is up your own ass? You hypocrite! First take your head out of your own ass, and then you will see clearly who has his head up his ass and who doesn't." Matthew 7:1-5 (also Luke 6: 41-42)

When refuting silly religion claims, the notoriously flippant/offensive language is the best part!

Ugh, I've played this fucking game long enough to know what you actually mean, so let me translate:

"You guys are so ignorant! You don't immediately know what my specific religious beliefs are, and you won't presuppose that my specific religious beliefs are the only legitimate ones! What's wrong with you? I'm in too deep to even entertain the idea that differences in belief between myself and other theists even exist! My beliefs are the entirety of theism, and so if you aren't addressing them specifically then you're just wrong! Baaaaah!"

There is a podcast which is based entirely on this premnise, The Scathing Atheist.

Were atheists because we grew the fuck and stopped believing in faerie tales and stopped following the group of sheep called theism.
Atheism is a non-prophet organization join today.

Not even good math.

I've been through this with anti-Trinitarians before on a Christian forum.  The mistake here, is that you are stripping the description or category from the equation.

So using P for person, you get 1P + 1P + 1P = 3P   Which is what the doctrine of the Trinity states.  It also states that the 3 Persons = 1 God. They are separate and distinct individuals who can interact with each other, which are equally and fully of the same nature and substance of 1 God.
