Bloody Amazon. I wait in all day for a parcel, tracking it on their site, sitting within earshot of the entrycom by the door. Then comes the message "we tried to deliver your package but were unsuccessful. We'll retry the next working day".
There's cctv all round this estate, logged by the caretaking staff. Nobody even attempted to deliver anything and I can prove it. I don't mind if you couldn't deliver my stuff for genuine reasons, but don't piss in my mouth and tell me it's champagne.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
If it gives you any consolation, I once ordered something off Amazon, on a Saturday. Standard delivery. Estimated arrival on Wednesday.
By lunch-time on Sunday, it was there! Not sure your problem is with Amazon, or with the delivery guy.
Well damn. No one's Facebook messaging me.
