Something to shake the very foundation of your lack of faith
RE: Something to shake the very foundation of your lack of faith
No scientists are saying that DARK ENERGY and DARK MATTER wiped out the Dinosaurs and created us humans

which is preety much like saying God diod both things, because what it is , is a powerful force, but where it comes from is unknown, however what it outlines is structure and order in the universe and not a RANDOM act or sequence (which would be an oxymoron statement i.e RANDOM series)

Nobody that has been dead for 3 days can be brought to life, because if your brain is dead just for few minutes you're dead beyond any repair.

It was figured out long time ago so what did you expect? And that is the stance atheists have so you don't have to probe anymore, if you don't agree and because of that conclude that Mohamed rode a flying horse, Jesus was born out of virgin and Thor loses his hammer every year that's your problem and spare us from your idiocy.

BTW here's James Randi's accout when he once died (skip to 24 sec)

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Yes, when we cannot physically test something---because of sheer distance or because the technology to do so hasn't been invented--- we accept theories based on observations and proofs.

The reason that is a red herring is because your claim can be tested. Easily. We don't rely on a YouTube video when the claim can so easily be proved by the medical journal entry that would have followed.

Why is it again that you're still going on about dark matter instead of shutting me up with the scholarly article? I'll even link you directly to PubMed.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/

It has a really useful search box there, too.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Lol. You're really bad at this. Are you that much at a loss to defend your own claim that you've jumped the shark completely to dark matter and dark energy?

"All the stars, planets and galaxies that can be seen today make up just 4 percent of the universe. The other 96 percent is made of stuff astronomers can't see, detect or even comprehend. These mysterious substances are called dark energy and dark matter."

here is God in scientific defintions

your the one who doesnt realize what is out there

its like somebody is talking about one folice of hair on the body and ignoring the rest of it whilst trying to explain the whole by this insignificant parts and basing all theories on it

scientist are slowly moving away from the random act theories because they dont make any more sense , the universe works like a WELL OILED machine

So your response is "no you!"?

I am now satisfied that you are a 13 year old pretending to be a big boy.

Have you given up on defending your claim? Are we done here?

Physicists are not an authority on saying whether stories written in books, with no supporting evidence, are true. In fact, no one is.

Garbage, sorry.

Hate to burst your bubble, but if you think your religion is the only to try to co opt science to prop up a bronze age comic book, you'd be wrong. I have seen Muslims and Jews and Hindus and Buddhists all pull the "Look see science matches my religion".

This is the stupid fine tuning argument, which still does not work. The vast majority of the universe is hostile to life, which would be a pretty shitty thing to do to humans, stick them on a tiny rock in the middle of nowhere, have them ignorant scientifically for most of their existence. Give them all confusing books instead of science textbooks, let them murder over the gang manuals for most of written history then blame them for what he didn't have to set up.

Hinduism is much older than the god/s of Abraham,

Jews do it too.

Buddhists too.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddhism_and_science

Muslims too.

Seems to me what is really going on, just like you, humans simply don't want to face their finite reality.
