According to the Book of Genesis, which is the first book of the Bible it is said that
it took 7 or Seven Days to complete the Creation.
There are seven periods of creation recorded in the beginning of Genesis.
Whether God (according to the story) then use the seven day to rest this is a different story.

No, you stupid moronic, idiotic imbecile resting is not working or doing anything, therefore it's also not creating anything. And it's on seventh day not seven day you fucktard.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Idiot.  Hi

The bible has been written and rewritten countless times and every time something change
in order to please the agenda of the priest of the day.
In this way nobody really knows what the original version is or was.
All we can do is rely on what we got these days but it is obvious that what we got these days
is pure fantasy so we don't have any choice but take it or leave it.
To create a drama for such a small particular is absurd.
Not only that but you also have to understand that the one who originate the bible explain the sentences
in a way that could be understood by the illiterate people of the past.
My understanding however is that 7 are the elements that compose the universe (consciousness, mind, space, air, light, water and matter).
All this was later turned into days but is up to you to believe whatever you like.

Do you know that chamomile help to relax your overheated nerves?  Smile

Good morning Rik. So what do you think the point of a human life is then, building up the supply of enlightenment/consciousness in the world? Do you think it is okay if some of us let your lot do all the expanding while we just enjoy the good things in life?

Dear Ricky Ticky

 Sure.

FSM only delivers truths not dogmas.

He requires only that you connect with him in some way.

I did so via making a pasta dinner, for others it may differ.
The great boiling has only dial up connections.
I hope FSM reaches your cold cynical atheist heart.

There are hundreds if not thousands of different versions of the bible. There are also literally more than 30,000 different sects of Christianity.

Seems sort of a dick move on your alleged god's to allow all that confusion and expect you all to agree.

I'd say the simple answer as to why there are so many different versions and so many different sects, is because religion is the invention of humans.

I agree that ........ religion is the invention of humans .......but it is important to understand that originally
there was spirituality from Shiva, Krishna, Buddha, Christ and other.
These spiritually oriented beings never intended to start any religions.
In fact they were against dogmas which is the base of any religion.
God also has really nothing to do with religions.
Religions have done an enormous damage to spirituality but at the end the filth will go to let spirituality emerge.  Worship

Mate.  Hi
Is not me that prevent you from doing what you are doing or what you want to keep on doing.  Popcorn
It is your subconscious mind that push you to get out the materialistic sewer.
Nothing to do with me really.  Worship
Peace of mind will come once there will not be any more conflict between the materialistic consciousness
and the spiritual subconsciousness within.
It is impossible to get rid of the spiritual consciousness within.  Banging Head On Desk
It will keep on knocking on the door of your consciousness all the time until you give up your effort to go against it.
There is no other way around.  Panic
Energy and consciousness the two sides of the same coin can not be destroyed.
They will follow you all the way until they merge in the absolute consciousness whether you like it or not.  Lightbulb

The colander is by choice, FSM never imposes silly clothing rules on his subjects.
Ask FSM yourself, Put aside your skeptic mind and open up to him.

GOD, not guru.
Also we have non dairy yogurt.

Yogurt not Yoga, RAmen.
