That seems to be a skimpy basis for a lawsuit.  Aren't they required to ensure that their cities have balanced budgets?  

What they really wanted to accomplish was to force everyone out of the town so that they could steal it and redevelop it without the blacks and other poor people hanging around.  Gotta have room for all of those refugees.

Sure they poisoned people.  That's how they intended to force people to leave.  But you said that the lawsuit was about a balanced budget issue and not about the poisoning.

I don't know where you get that.  Neither lawsuit is about balancing budgets.

A generic description of an attempt at balancing a budget shouldn't be 'scheme' regardless of the dipshit attempting to not implode a budget.

Wait until Puerto Rico gets bailed out, then there will be absolutely zero incentive for any state, county or municipal government to balance a budget since everyone nationwide can be drafted to fucking pay for the overages.

Yeah, it sucks if PR goes down the shitter, but it sucks fucking worse if bailing them out leads to 10, 100, 1000 more of these fucking cluster fucks every year from now on.
