I don't get this "living through Ghost" thing...
He's supposed to be alive while warging... I consider it more like a remote control thing than a complete conscience transfer.
But.... to be honest... it's not made explicit. I think it's a complete conscience transfer. I seem to recall in the books they described one wildling's going into his controlled animals' consciousnesses after he died in his human form. I have no memory of that....

Jon dreams of being in Ghost... the ability is probably there...

Do you remember in the series, that wildling warg Snow had a conflict with when he first went with the wildlings? And that after he died his eagle attacked Jon? Well, I remember in the books someone talking about how after a warg dies he goes on living in the animals he controlled.

The things I forget....
"Second Life
A skinchanger can experience many deaths while in another body. It is only when the person's human body dies that the "true death" occurs. It is possible for the warg to live a type of second life, a much simpler life inside the mind of an animal he controls. In the second life, the skinchanger's memory slowly fades until nothing of the man is left and only the beast remains.[2] "

That never happened... me haz sad.
THAT would have been cool as shit to see. Abel the Bard and his spearwives rescuing "Arya" from Winterfell and Ramsay Bolton. Theon too!
Also there were Freys in them pies...

I didn't read the 6 pages of this thread so sorry if anyone said this already, but my prediction is that Bran will use his new powers to explore the past and watch the Tower of Joy scene go down. So he'll be watching amid the action.

I guess the tower of Joy was in Dorne, so it would be appropriate for some of the locations in Spain. That makes sense.

:wink-wink:
It makes me hope that Sansa gets away. Jeyne Poole gets away, and the Boltons hold on the North quickly starts to dissolve without their "Arya." Winterfell is the most interesting location in the show from a book reader's perspective, because it has almost completely diverged from the book plot line.

Indeed.... Almost completely... Only the Boltons are the same!

I remember vaguely a feast being described in the books where different Northeners meet, including ones that were present at the Red Wedding. I also remember thinking this story being told from someone's perspective who had reason to avenge Rob's death somewhat and thinking about how he would poison them all.
Does this ring any bells or is it all in my head?

hmmm... possibly Theon's POV at the wedding feast.
Add a spearwife groping Theon's missing parts and that's it!
