He was running a re-election, guess what the next president did after being voted in , he overturned that executive order , see where i'm going with this

So it seems you've discovered one of the great flaws with the american (roman) system. There are others of course... but there's no way to ensure a leader's grip on their country remains severed and their plans remain short/ineffective than by forcing them away from it every 4 years

Yes by killing them, to make sure they can't rerun, so the private banks can continue with unconstitutional measures that the founding fathers would've never approved.
