So a guy wants to kill the mayor and possibly start a christian revolution in Kansas to get the bible in the class 
room instead of common core education. So the guys wants the bible to be taught in public schools or else he would kill
the mayor and possibly anyone that gets in his way. Good job christians you are no better than the people in the middle
east trying to force your faith were it doesn't belong in schools.

However, I do agree that Christians "can" be as bad as those in the Middle East.

Another difference is that the Middle East is so so so so far behind on so many levels of society and understanding how the world truly works.

At least in America we may have our crazy Christians, but there is no way our government is going to allow that crazy train to make it out of the station.

I keep reading from apologists that Christians don't kill apostates and don't persecute or kill non believers.

I tell them that many would like to - example being the clown from the article - but in the West they can no longer get away with it.

There will always be crazy people, especially those in league with the only true evil ever known to man: religion.

When they had complete power, they were. Now that they're not so powerful, they've been forced to behave. There are still extremists out there, as there will always be extremists, but there are still christian terrorists.
